MRI and prostate biopsy poll results

MRI and prostate diagnostics is very topical at the moment with another paper published this month. But do you feel that MRI now allows you to avoid the need for prostate biopsy if no lesions seen?

1. Yes, but only in very select patients – 13%

2. Yes, in many patients – 19%

3. No, it may miss important lesions – 50%

4. I don’t use MRI before biopsy – 19%
