Hi there,
Just wondering if the general diagnosis is Peyronie’s with ventral angulation, or ventral angulation secondary to Peyronie’s or a congenital defect?
From a new nurse 🙂
I wonder is calling this Peyronie’s disease (induratio penis plastica) strictly correct.
This has the appearance of a congenital penile curvature.
The image is lifted from a paper on congenital penile curvature.

I would favour congenital ventral penile chordae as we can’t say its a pyeronese unless we palpate it…..
